Ghutno Aur Jodo Ke Dard Jald Sahi Karne Ke Asan Upaay

Ghutno or jodo k dard ka ilaaj : Aaj kal zyadatar logo m ghutno or jodo ke dard ki shikayat hoti hai. Log thodi sidiya chad lete hai to unke ghutno me dard hone lagta hai wo thak jaate hai waise to aisa badti umr ke saath hota hai. Lkn aaj kal to yeh sabhi ke saath ho raha hai budhe logo ke saath hi nahi jawaan logo ke bhi jodo me dard hone lagta hai log samajhte hai ke badhti umar ke saath aisa ho rha hai lekin jab jawani me logo ke dard hota hai to wo bohot pareshan hota hai ke abbi to itni umar bhi nhi aur abbi se ghutno aur jodo me dard ho raha hai.

Agar aap apne jodo aur ghutno me dard nahi sehna chahte hai to aap zyada se zyada calcium aur protien waali cheez ka priyog kare aur jisme zyada protien ho wo le aapko jodo ka dard nahi sehna padega aapke jodo ka dard jald hi theek hone lagega aur yeh aapko taakat bhi denge aur aapki haddiya mazboot  banane mai bhi madad karenge, Aapko chahiye ki aap daal, dahi ,adrak, lehsun doodh aadi ka priyog karte rehna chahiye isse aapki body ki haddiya mazboot rahengi ghutno aur jodo ki takleef se door rahoge. Aur yeh humari galat shauk ki wajah se bhi hota hai jo

Ghutno aur jodo ke dard ke 10 gharelu nushke

  1. Amrood ki 4 se 5 nayi komal pattiyo ko pees le aur usme thoda kala namak mila kar aur usme aadha chammach se thoda kam kala namak mila kar khaane se aaram milta hai
  2. Ek chammach sarso ke tel me 3 se 4 lehsun ki kaliya pees kar daal le aur lehsun ko theek se pakne tak garam karle . Aur fir iske tel se jodo ki maalish karen isse aapko dard se bht jhaldi aaram milega
  3. Nariyal ki giri roz khaaye isse jodo ko taakat milti hai aur aapke jod mazboot hote hai .
  4. Lehsun se is rog ko theek karne mai kuch hi din lagenge sirf. Agar aap lehsun ki 4 se 5 kaliya paani ke saath nigal lete hai to kuch hi dino mai aapke ghutno ka dard door ho jayega . Aur agar aapko ghutno ke dard ki samasya hoti rehti hai to aap iske liye niyamit roop se 1 glass doodh le aur usme 3-4 lehsun ki kaliya ubaal kar piyen aapko dard se jald se jald raahat milegi.
